Credibility
- An outside advisor may be asked to submit a report to support a decision that has been made by a business manager. A director may know exactly what he wants and what decision to make, but prefers to refer to a consultant to obtain the necessary support in the realization of his project. This may be opposed, at that time, to the integrity and objectivity of the consultant.
Credibility is not given — it is earned through consistent integrity, proven expertise, and unwavering objectivity.
